A true showstopper, the “dream stream” at the home of Garden Answer YouTuber Laura is a breathtaking addition to the family’s 40’ x 18’ ecosystem pond, built by Aquascape the previous year. Stretching 110 feet, the stream was built with 60 tons of stone, 8 tons of cobbles, and 16 tons of Pocono River gravel to create a natural, flowing landscape that delights both people and fish. Designed with their prized koi in mind, the stream is deeper than average, encouraging the fish to swim upstream for a unique visual experience. A steppingstone bridge and a solid stone bridge invite exploration, while a designated splash zone—complete with climbable Fountain Bowls and three Faux Basalt Columns—offers a favorite play spot for the kids. Two large wetland filters keep the expansive water feature clean and thriving. The stream project was brought to life by Aquascape, along with several of its Artist of the Year award recipients.
