- Must have a physical retail location with posted business hours
- “By-appointment” hours are not acceptable
- Location must be zoned for retail use
- If no physical retail location, then a retailer must have a full e-commerce website with shopping cart and online payment capabilities
- Resale tax certificate or retail license (if applicable)
- Must complete the Retailer Verification Form and credit application with references of retail suppliers
