How to Find More Time in the New Year!

Have you ever uttered the phrase, “I wish I had more time?!” Here’s how you can in 2020!

Don’t ever say you “don’t have time.” Instead, say you prefer to spend time with your family, volunteering, or going to church!

… or watching tv, sleeping, or playing video games!

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. Saying YOU don’t have time is a debilitating statement that simply isn’t true!

If you feel frustrated by your lack of time to accomplish what you’d like, you have just one choice (though often times it’s not a simple one). Simply put, you need to change your priorities. If you are willing to do that, I guarantee you will have as much time as anyone else on the planet to accomplish what YOU want to!

Is your job getting in the way of your desire to spend more time with family? Get a less time consuming job and downsize your lifestyle. If that seems too extreme a measure maybe you could give up your Sunday golf day with your buddies? Or playing video games? Or stop going to the gym?

Here’s the point of my point. Saying you don’t have time doesn’t solve anything! Either change how you spend your time to accomplish what you wish or accept the activities and tasks you prioritize over getting healthy (that is, if you’ve told yourself and others you don’t have time to exercise 😉).

We all have the same 24 hours in a day. We all find time to do what we prioritize. Stop saying “you don’t have time” to do something, anything, in the New Year and you might just find yourself making the time to actually do it!
