John Stanley
John Stanley was awarded the title of WA Entrepreneur of the Year 2009, and his business John Stanley Associates was awarded WA Small Business Champion-Education and Training 2009. In 2010 the Business was Small Business exporter of the Year for 2010. John is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and as such is considered to be one of the top ten percent of speakers in the world today. He has a Master of Science (Horticulture) degree from Essex University and in his early life taught perishable retail management at Merrist Wood College in Guildford, England.

A Nuffield Scholarship to study marketing in the USA launched John into his consultancy career. John interprets global retail trends to help businesses worldwide adapt to changing economic and political situations.

By capitalizing on the opportunities that change presents, John shows his clients and audiences how to expand and grow their markets by optimizing current market challenges.

Jill graduated from Elmhurst College in 2000 with a bachelor's degree in Communications Marketing. She began her career as a manufacturer's representative selling numerous items to local garden centers and co-ops across the Midwest. Jill joined the Aquascape team as the Territory Sales Rep for the Midwest in 2006. Her continued success at Aquascape led to her promotion to Midwest Regional Sales Manager. Jill is a frequent presenter at water gardening seminars in the Midwest region. Jill enjoys working outside, sports and cooking. She lives in Palatine, Illinois.
