Advanced Day with Ed Beaulieu

This is a full day class with two components, the first half is at Aqualand and will focus on the why and how of advanced projects, the basic formulas that are necessary to properly design and bid these projects and we'll discuss specific techniques and why they're used for:

• Filtration
• Pumps and plumbing
• Sustainable water features
• Constructed wetlands
• Large boulder placement
• Edge treatments

We will then have a small interactive section which includes large boulder strapping/lifting techniques and liner seaming.

The second half is spent on a private pond tour visiting several water features in the area with a discussion of the various design, sales and installation techniques used for the construction of the projects. We'll end up in my neighborhood the site of 2009 Pondemonium and home of the Extreme Green Community Makeover!
